We haven’t been around for 40 years by chance. From changing regulations, to the impact of climate change we’re tuned into what’s happening in our industry. We are constantly questioning the way we do business and what that means for our customers, our staff and our planet.
We only sell the freshest fish sourced when possible from our local waters. We’re committed to only purchasing sustainable seafood caught with the environment in mind. We do our best to keep the journey from catch to kitchen as short as possible and when we do source from further afield, we’re mindful of our carbon footprint. We work with our customers to keep the volume of packaging we use to a minimum.
All of our fish preparation staff are fully trained to fillet, skin and bone all types of fish to customer’s specific requirements adhering to the highest of hygiene standards. We are accredited by the Seafood Protection Authority in conjunction with the Food Safety Authority.
We know how to source and prepare the best seafood, and we are also big fans of cooking and eating it. Have a look at some of the amazing produce we work with on a daily basis.
